OpuloTech provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to.

1. Mobile & Web Development

We develop custom mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms, as well as responsive websites, following the latest industry standards and best practices.

2. AI & Machine Learning Solutions

Our AI-based solutions cover data analytics, machine learning models, and automation tools for businesses looking to leverage artificial intelligence for smarter decision-making.

3. Video Editing & Post-Production

Our "Video Editing Services" include:

• - Professional editing of raw footage
• - Motion graphics and animations
• - Color grading and audio enhancements
• - Format conversions for social media, YouTube, or other platforms
• - Post-production support, including visual effects and sound design

4. Backend Solutions

OpuloTech provides backend development services, including API creation, server management, and database solutions for mobile and web applications.

5. UI/UX Design

We specialize in designing user-friendly interfaces and experiences for mobile apps and websites, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.

6. ERP & CRM Systems

We build and implement custom ERP and CRM solutions that help businesses streamline their operations and manage their customer relationships effectively.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information when signing up for our services.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using our services.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our services, network, or systems.
• For " Video Editing Services ", ensure that all submitted content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate any legal rights.

All intellectual property created by OpuloTech during the delivery of services, including software, designs, code, and video content, remains the sole property of OpuloTech unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients retain ownership of the raw materials (e.g., footage for video editing) provided to OpuloTech but grant us the rights to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

OpuloTech and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the course of a project. Neither party will disclose any confidential information without prior written consent unless required by law.

• Payment Schedule: Payment terms for each project will be outlined in the service agreement or contract. Payments may be based on milestones or project completion.
• Video Editing Services require full or partial payment upfront, depending on the scope and duration of the project.
• Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in delays, suspension of services, or termination of the project.

Refunds are generally not provided for completed work. However, in cases of non-performance or project dissatisfaction, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion, based on the nature of the issue. Refund terms for each project will be clearly outlined in the contract.

OpuloTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of business, profits, or data due to technical issues or service disruptions.
• Delays in service delivery caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, cloud services).

For Video Editing Services, we are not responsible for legal issues stemming from your use of the final product (e.g., copyright infringement).

OpuloTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in any illegal or harmful activities. We may also terminate services due to non-payment or breach of the agreed-upon contract.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any content provided for services, such as videos, music, images, or other media, does not infringe on third-party rights. OpuloTech reserves the right to refuse or terminate projects that involve inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.

Some services may involve third-party tools, applications, or platforms. OpuloTech is not liable for any issues, failures, or damages caused by these third-party services. Any disruption from these external providers that affects our services will be addressed as soon as possible, but resolution time may vary.

1. Bug Fixes & Issues

• Initial Bug Fix Warranty: OpuloTech offers a 30-day warranty after project delivery for any bugs or issues directly related to the original scope of work. Any issues reported within this time will be fixed free of charge.
• Post-Warranty Fixes: After the warranty period, bug fixes will be billed at our standard hourly rates.
• Excluded Issues: Bugs caused by third-party services, platforms, or modifications made by the client after delivery are not covered under our warranty.

2. Ongoing Maintenance

• Maintenance Contracts: Clients may opt for ongoing maintenance packages, billed on a monthly or annual basis, covering:
  • Regular updates
  • Security patches
  • Platform upgrades
  • Performance monitoring
• On-Demand Support: If no maintenance contract is in place, support and fixes will be provided on an ad-hoc basis at an hourly rate.

3. Additional Services & Scope Changes

• Out-of-Scope Work: Any requests for additional features, changes, or enhancements that were not part of the original agreement will be billed separately. A new agreement or amendment will be drafted to cover costs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Urgent Requests: Any urgent requests for work outside regular business hours may incur additional charges, as per prior agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Testing & Approval: The Client is responsible for conducting thorough testing (User Acceptance Testing) before approving the final product. Once the product is approved, any changes or issues arising post-approval will be billed as new work.
• Timely Reporting: Bugs and issues must be reported within the warranty period to qualify for free fixes.

While OpuloTech strives to deliver high-quality products and services, we do not guarantee that they will be completely error-free or flawless. All deliverables should be tested thoroughly by the Client. We will provide support to fix issues as per the agreed terms, but some bugs or delays may occur, particularly if related to third-party systems.

OpuloTech reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
